There was a wonderful event called "Festival of the Son" that occurred annually. People from all over would travel to
California to camp out for about a week, and many musicians and speakers blessed us day and night. We shared meals,
tales, prayers, campfires....it was hard to leave at the end.

When the little Prince of Peace coffeehouse begin to burst at the seams with people, we moved it upstairs into
the gym, hung a parachute from the ceiling and turned it into a big coffeehouse.

There were spooltables with candles, fresh breads, cookies and Russian tea,
all prepared by the communal houses.
